NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Lenovo ThinkSystem ST250 Tower Server: DDR4-3200 ECC Unbuffered (UDIMM) modules from 8GB to 32GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 4, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.2V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant. This system runs one Intel Xeon E-2100 or E-2200 processor (or a Core i3, Pentium or Celeron) with 4 DDR4 ECC UDIMM slots (two channels with two DIMMs per channel), supporting up to 128GB of memory with Xeon E processors and 64GB with other processors. Lenovo runs memory in this system at up to 2666 MT/s; the DDR4-3200 ECC UDIMMs offered here clock down automatically. Lenovo positions the ThinkSystem ST250 as a single-socket tower (or rack-convertible) server for small and remote offices. This platform takes ECC unbuffered memory (ECC UDIMM) only; registered RDIMMs and non-ECC desktop modules will not work. Install identical modules in matched pairs for dual-channel operation.
