Memory upgrades for TerraMaster NAS systems, listed by model. Every listing on this page is built for one specific TerraMaster platform — the F-series desktop, T-series tower or U-series rackmount unit named in the title — with the DDR3L or DDR4 module type, speed and per-slot capacity that TerraMaster specifies for that hardware, in single modules and matched kits sized to its slot count. Find your model

Pick the listing that matches your NAS model exactly (the model code is printed on the label and shown in TOS under Control Panel > General Settings). The second number group tells you the platform: x21/x22 models are the older Celeron J3355/J3455 units, x23 models are Celeron N4505/N5095/N5105, x50 models are Atom C3558R, and the 322/522/722 rackmounts are Core i3, Core i5 and Xeon E.

Single module or kit?

The x21/x22 units have memory soldered on the board plus one SODIMM slot, so a single 4GB module is the only upgrade. The x23 and x50 desktop, tower and rackmount units have two SODIMM slots and run best with a matched pair — choose the 2-module kit when replacing the factory module, or a single module to fill the empty slot. The 322/522/722 rackmounts have four UDIMM slots (64GB maximum as 4 x 16GB); populate in matched pairs or a full set of four.

ECC or non-ECC

TerraMaster ships every unit on this page with non-ECC memory, and the TerraMaster A-SRAMD4 and A-URAMD4 accessory modules are non-ECC. The Xeon E-2224 rackmounts (U8/U12/U16/U24-722-2224) also accept ECC UDIMM — contact us for the ECC version.
