NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Lenovo ThinkSystem SD520 V4 Multi-Node Server: DDR5-6400 PC5-51200 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules, 32GB to 64GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 8 modules, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant.
The ThinkSystem SD520 V4 is a multi-node server for the 2U ThinkSystem D3 V2 chassis, which holds up to four single-socket nodes, each with one Intel Xeon 6700 E-core processor. Each node has 8 DDR5 DIMM slots and supports up to 512GB with 64GB RDIMMs. Slot count and capacity are per node; order one set for each node you upgrade. Lenovo rates it for DDR5-6400 RDIMMs; the Xeon 6710E, 6731E and 6746E run memory at 5600 MT/s, and the 6740E, 6756E, 6766E and 6780E at 6400 MT/s. MRDIMMs are not supported. This server takes DDR5 ECC registered memory (RDIMM); unbuffered UDIMMs will not work, and Lenovo supports one DIMM per channel only, so each node takes exactly 8 modules. Install identical modules in matched sets, in Lenovo's slot order, and use one module size throughout.
