NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3250: ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules from 16GB to 256GB, available at DDR5 6400MHz PC5-51200, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. This system scales in 4-socket chassis of Intel Xeon 6 processors with 64 DDR5 DIMM slots per 4-socket chassis (up to two DIMMs per channel), supporting up to 64TB of memory. HPE rates the platform at DDR5-6400 with one DIMM per channel and 5200 MT/s with two DIMMs per channel. HPE positions the Compute Scale-up Server 3250 for in-memory databases and SAP HANA and mission-critical workloads.
