DDR5 non-ECC SODIMM is the upgradeable memory for current laptops, mobile workstations, mini PCs, all-in-ones and compact NAS. This page lists every DDR5 non-ECC SODIMM NEMIX RAM supplies, at DDR5-4800, DDR5-5200 and DDR5-5600. Each module is a 262-pin, 1.1V small-outline DIMM with its own on-module power management and two independent 32-bit subchannels, and every module runs at its JEDEC standard speed — no XMP or EXPO profile needed.
What is on this page
Single modules in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 48GB, in 1Rx16, 1Rx8 and 2Rx8 organizations, plus matched kits up to 96GB (2x48GB) for two-slot laptops and 128GB (4x32GB) for four-slot mobile workstations. DDR5-5600 and DDR5-4800 make up most of the page. Narrow the list with the Technology Speed, Module Density, Kit and Rank filters. Most listings are matched to a specific laptop, mini PC or NAS, with the system named in the product title, and others are listed by OEM part number, including Dell SNP, ASUSTOR AS-GD5 and Supermicro parts. Searching your model or part number at the top of the page is the fastest way to find them.

Choosing the right DDR5 laptop module
Check first that your system has SODIMM slots — many thin laptops use soldered LPDDR5 or LPCAMM2 memory that cannot be upgraded with SODIMMs. DDR5 SODIMM is keyed differently from DDR4 SODIMM and will not fit it. Some systems list CSODIMM support; standard DDR5 SODIMMs fit those slots and run at standard SODIMM speed. For dual-channel speed, install a matched pair, and match density and rank to any module already installed. A faster module clocks down to the system's supported speed. For ECC-capable mobile workstations and NAS, see DDR5 ECC SODIMM. If you are unsure, send us the system model or the OEM part number and we will confirm fitment before you order.
