NEMIX RAM memory upgrades for the Lenovo ThinkSystem SC750 V4 Supercomputing Server: DDR5-6400 ECC Registered (RDIMM) modules from 32GB to 128GB, sold as single modules and matched kits of up to 12 per node, selected as drop-in, compatibility-tested replacements. 1.1V, 288-pin, JEDEC-compliant. Each node runs two Intel Xeon 6 6900-series processors with P-cores, with 24 DDR5 DIMM slots (12 per processor, one DIMM per channel), supporting up to 3TB per node with 128GB RDIMMs. Each SC750 V4 tray holds two nodes.
