SODIMM stands for Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module. SODIMM is unbuffered, non-ecc and commonly used in most laptops and micro-PC’s. SODIMM are a JEDEC standard Form-Factor and were standardized during the release of DDR (DDR1). NEMIX RAM offers and supports SODIMM in DDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR4 and DDR5 RAM.
It is important to know your exact module spec or machine / model. When voltage is concerned, all SODIMM are standard voltage except for DDR3 SODIMM which are available in 1.35V and 1.5V, however just about all DDR3 machines will take 1.35V (low voltage) SODIMM. Although SODIMMs are commonly used in Laptops, iMacs, and micro-PC, there are other systems that accept SODIMMs such as office printers, routers, NAS devices, networking devices, and Nano motherboards.
DDR and DDR2 SDRAM SODIMM are standard 200-pin
DDR3 SDRAM SODIMM are standard 204-pin
DDR4 SDRAM SODIMM are standard 260-pin
DDR5 SDRAM SODIMM are standard 262-pin
NEMIX RAM offers Lifetime Replacement Warranty on all SODIMM memory upgrades and stocks and ships same day to anywhere in the world. SODIMM are available in the following formats:
