DDR4 ECC SODIMM (Error Correction Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module) is a 72-bit, 1.2V, 260-pin JEDEC-compliant module designed for NAS / networking platforms, micro-servers, workstations, and embedded systems. NEMIX RAM ECC SODIMMs are manufactured with the highest quality tier 1 DRAM chips such as Samsung Micron or Hynix. ECC SODIMMs supports ECC function to detect and correct data errors, along with a built-in temperature-monitoring thermal sensor in order to prevent possible overheating and improve system stability. ECC SODIMMs are standard rank and all DDR4 ECC SODIMMs are standard rank and voltage. We stock a large inventory of ECC SODIMM upgrades in any density including 8GB / 16GB / 32GB.
