DDR5 ECC UDIMM (ECC Unbuffered DIMM) is the error-correcting memory for entry servers, single-socket workstations and business NAS — systems that need ECC protection but do not use registered memory. This page lists every DDR5 ECC UDIMM NEMIX RAM supplies, at DDR5-4800, DDR5-5200 and DDR5-5600. Each module is a 288-pin, 1.1V unbuffered DIMM with side-band ECC: every 32-bit subchannel carries 8 extra check bits, so the system can detect and correct memory errors. That is separate from the on-die ECC built into every DDR5 chip, which protects only the data inside the chip.
What is on this page
Single modules in 16GB, 24GB, 32GB, 48GB and 64GB, in 1Rx8 and 2Rx8 organizations, plus matched kits from 32GB (2x16GB) up to 512GB (8x64GB) for fully populated systems. Most listings run at DDR5-5600 or DDR5-4800. Narrow the list with the Technology Speed, Module Density, Kit and Rank filters. Many listings are matched to a specific server, workstation, motherboard or NAS, with the system named in the product title — searching your model number at the top of the page is the fastest way to find them.
Where DDR5 ECC UDIMM is used
DDR5 ECC UDIMM is commonly paired with Intel Xeon E-2400 and Xeon 6300 processors on C262/C266 platforms, Intel W680 workstation boards, and AMD EPYC 4004/4005 and Ryzen processors on AM5. System-matched listings on this page include Dell PowerEdge T160, T360, R260 and R360 and Dell Precision 3660; HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen11; Lenovo ThinkSystem ST250 V3 and SR250 V3 and Lenovo ThinkStation P2 and P3 Gen 2; Supermicro X13 and X14 boards; ASRock Rack AM5, W680 and C262/C266 servers; ASUS ProArt and Prime AM5 boards; and QNAP TS-h1277AXU-RP, TS-h1277AFX and TS-h3077AFU NAS.
Choosing the right DDR5 ECC UDIMM
ECC UDIMM and RDIMM are not interchangeable — DDR5 unbuffered and registered modules are keyed differently and will not seat in each other's slots. ECC UDIMM does fit standard DDR5 desktop slots, but ECC is active only where the processor, chipset and BIOS support it, such as Xeon E-2400, Xeon 6300, W680 and ECC-enabled AM5 platforms; support on other consumer boards varies. When running two modules per channel, use identical modules — same density, rank and speed — and expect the platform to set a lower memory speed than with one module per channel. A faster module clocks down to the platform's supported speed. For non-ECC desktop builds, see DDR5 Non-ECC UDIMM. If you are unsure, send us the system model or the OEM part number and we will confirm fitment before you order.
